I am a license, independent mold inspector, not a contractor or mold removal company, so you can be confident knowing I will be working exclusively for you.  I will provide a complete mold and moisture assessment of your property using cutting edge detection tools including thermal imaging. I will collect air and surface samples of any areas of concern, which will be analyzed by a separate, state-licensed laboratory. You will receive a complete report with photos and helpful visual data detailing the results of the inspection. Finally, If you do elect to pursue a mold remediation I can help you navigate the process by providing follow-up assessments to ensure the work was done properly and put you on the path to peace of mind.
